I'm a software developer based in the UK. My day-to-day is mobile apps and websites; outside of that I build plenty of my own projects - mobile and desktop apps, plus the odd script to solve problems I run into.

I reach for React Native (Expo) and Tauri first. I also like self-hosting the tools I depend on, keeping my own setup off the cloud where it makes sense - though the projects themselves run wherever suits them best.
